26th november 2021SHUFL Partners

If you’re in London and looking to get your SHUFL. on, we can’t think of a better way to kick-back than by playing a game of shuffleboard.  The real challenge is deciding where to go first. Check out our ultimate guide to where to play shuffleboard in London.

Players Social, Spitalfields Market

First up and boasting no less than four 18ft Grand Champion tables and three Bank Shots, Players Social in Spitalfields Market is all geared up for those who love to eat, drink and play.  As well as shuffleboard, they have a host of other games such as Ping Pong and Foosball, so there’s plenty to keep you entertained.  When you’re tired of playing, you can eat your heart out with burgers, pizzas and salads accompanied by cocktails, wine, or craft beer.  It’s perfect for a work social or a long overdue catch-up with friends.

Boom Battle Bars, The O2 & Wandsworth

If you head south of the river to Boom Battle Bar’s newest venue at the O2, you’ll discover a battleground for grown-ups with everything from Axe-Throwing to Crazier Golf to shuffleboard, of course, featuring two of our 22 footers and two bank shots.  Did we mention there’s another Boom Battle Bar with two of our 18ft Grand Champion tables over in Wandsworth?

At Boom, you can choose from a mega drink menu and sip and slide with your favourite cocktail, beer, wine or fizz in hand.  When you’ve worked up an appetite, order some of their signature chicken or veggie wings smothered in a sauce of your choice on a sliding heat scale from Naked to Atomic Mind Melter, depending on whether you like it hot or not!

The Vine, Kentish Town

Over in Kentish Town, we’re drawn like a moth to a flame to the glow of The Vine’s ‘Every Day I’m Shuffling’ neon in the leafy surroundings of NW5. If you follow the light too, you’ll discover two of our finest 12 ft Grand Champion tables. They’re available to hire by the hour and include full table service at the flick of a switch.

BrewDog, Tower Hill

There’s no doubt that BrewDog’s Tower Hill Outpost the capital’s crown for the most 22ft SHUFL tables under one roof.  So, if you’re in the neighbourhood, then this is the place to go to catch championship feels (we held the 2019 European Shuffleboard Chamipionships here).

A stone’s throw from the River Thames, it was BrewDog’s first BrewPub and brews small-batch fresh beers on-site.  So, grab a pint of their finest and let your competitive side run wild on one of three full-length shuffleboards until you’ve mastered all 22 feet of the SHUFL. curve.

Bounce, Farringdon & Old Street

The ping pong specialist Bounce isn’t just about ping pong.  At their Farringdon and Old Street venues, they’re serving up shuffleboard on the side with two of our 12 footers, as well as some beer pong and wonderball.  Why not book in for their Bottomless Brunch from 12pm until 4pm every Saturday and Sunday and experience gaming with balls!

Ye Olde Cock Tavern, Fleet Street

How about a traditional pub and gin house, dating back to the 16th Century?  If this sounds right up your street, then SHUFL. this way to Ye Olde Cock Tavern in famous Fleet Street, where you’ll find two 14-footers ready for puck off.  With function rooms and party packages, this could be your go-to party venue or simply somewhere to let off some steam after a day at the office.  Dog lovers can bring their hounds, so no excuses for going home early and you gotta’ love the pub’s pithy, raise-a-smile chalkboard quotes – one for the Insta-grid!

The Black Parrot, Bride Street

A specialist rum and cocktail bar, The Black Parrot is the best-kept secret in this part of town, tucked away in Bride Court, a quiet alleyway off Fleet Street, just down the road from Ye Olde Cock Tavern.  Named after a parrot that is native to the Seychelles, it’s home to one the biggest and best rum collections in the world and offers pure fun and escapism. So, it was only a matter of time before they added 18 feet of SHUFL. fun to the mix!   Rum lovers, extend your stay and book in for a masterclass with the Black Parrot’s award-winning bar team for a rum discovery journey culminating in a rarity from the private collection.
