Add a bit of sparkle to your work party in Manchester, at Pong and Puck at Great Northern Warehouse. They’re ‘grabbing the festive season by the baubles’ with retro games such as beer and prosecco pong, shuffleboard and table tennis, Christmas tunes and winter-themed cocktails. And they’ve concocted some Christmas packages for groups of 8 or more, such as their sparkle & shuffle package combining an hour of gaming, a free welcome cocktail, a shot and a sharing pizza platter. Noel in Norway
For informal Christmas beers, head to the Beer Palace in Oslo and enjoy a vast selection of beers while you challenge your colleagues to a game of shuffleboard or darts. Beer Palace, Holmens gt.3, Aker Brygge has an impressive 34 taps and a beer selection to die for. We challenge you not to find a beer you love here, just ask the bartender to help you navigate the bewildering selection.

Looking for something a bit different? Telegrafen in Oslo is a prestigious venue geared up for the local business community giving them somewhere to meet, eat, drink, play AND work in style in the heart of Oslo’s city centre. Norway’s former telephone exchange, Telegrafen brings people together inside a beautiful 3200m2 historic building, constructed in 1924 at Kongens gate 21.As you’d expect, festive work socials are right up their street with six different event venues catering for anything between 8 and 100 people.
Jingle Bells in Berlin
The European home of BrewDog, DogTap Berlin promised more bark and more bite when it opened in August 2019 and it certainly delivers a Christmas party experience with (jingle) bells on. Based outside of central Berlin, it’s an epic destination venue that offers a variety of experiences once you are there and epic food and drink to match. Visitors can learn more about beer at the beer school, enjoy a gig or let some pucks fly on our Olympic sized shuffleboards. Comprising a brewery, a 2,500m2 tap room and epic 4,000m2 beer garden, there’s no doubt that it’s the ultimate beer haven fit for the capital city of a country with a big beer culture.
Christmas Down Under
Surfers Paradise beer garden in Australia is the perfect venue for celebrating Christmas in the sunshine! Toast your colleagues with ‘a cold one’ Down Under at the Surfers Paradise Beer Garden, Cavill Mall, on the Gold Coast of Australia. Originally built in 1925 by hotel entrepreneur James Cavill, this legendary venue was completely re-developed with an open roof to let in some of that Gold Coast sunshine. They added screens to catch the match of the day and created an outdoor ‘adult playground’ under the sky with a host of games, including two of our finest Grand Champion 22ft shuffleboard tables and a life-size pool table where you kick the balls. Definitely our kind of fun!
Danish Delights
In Copenhagen, make cocktails, burgers and shuffleboard part of your festive celebrations at hip cocktail bar and burger joint Cocks & Cows in Amager. They’ve beefed up their Eat, Drink, Play offer by adding shuffleboard to their incredible food and drink line-up.
These guys don’t do things by halves, they’ve installed no less than four of our 18 ft Grand Champions in a dedicated room complete with funky shuffleboard neons. Get in the festive spirit with a cocktail from the well-stocked cocktail bar and order mouth-watering burgers, salads, snacks and fries. For larger groups looking to party, Cocks & Cows offers some great space for up to 70 guests.
